About Me
I’ve always been passionate about storytelling and impressed by the influence it has on people and the decisions they make in life. I love engaging with the projects I work on, diving headfirst into the research, investigation, and production of stories I feel are worth writing about. I am a curious and proactive Author, interested in preserving the foundations set by classical literature by adapting them to modern themes and trends.
I live in Kosciusko, Mississippi with my husband Bobby and our Schnauzer Scotty. Together we have fivesurviving children, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren. We enjoy the rare opportunities to have all the family together for visits. I do the majority of my writing on our 87 acre farm where I delight and draw inspiration from nature.

“I have a story to tell. It is unbelievable, yet true. A story that can make people rethink their belief system. It is a story that needs to be told—a tragic, yet redeeming story. I’ll start my book tomorrow. It comes to me that my beginning started like this storm. Even from conception, it wasn’t planned—one of those decisions or choices that shapes lives. It happened somewhere, sometime in February 1950.”

Broken Pieces is my first novel originally published in 2018. Since the original publisher went out of business I have a new cover design and new publishing in 2025.
